  Dajha is the name she is slow and she dont ask aniting you tell her what you want and she is in other world i never have this tipe and issue i wait for 10 min to get a refill

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The cashiers at the drive thru are very rude. They gave me the wrong order and got an attitude when I asked for my correct order. The cashier at the window damn near tossed my drink into my hand with an attitude. I live in the Camp Creek area so I frequent this restaurant often but they will never receive my business again. I'd rather travel to a farther location where they know the real meaning of customer service.

  Just left this Wendy's and I'm never going back. The costumer service is AWFUL, and the team have NO SENSE OF URGENCY!! I stood in line 15 min to order and waited another 10min for my food.. While the burger flipper wit one side of her head shaved talk to her daughter like it was social hour.. The company should really consider cleaning house,and getting all new members. This Wendy's is in a shopping center; they should expect to have multiple customers throughout the day. Yet, they take all day , and act as if they aren't doing anything wrong.THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! I wish chick fila was opened on Sunday. I would rather pay 10 dollars a meal than wait 30 mins for service.
